Similar in form to a stenciled box currently in the New York City American Folk Art Museum. The outside of this hand-dovetailed pine box is vinegar grained with raw umber pigment. The inside is papered with hand-marbled, acid-free, rice paper. This pine box has a fine English lock and a solid domed lid. Dimensions: 8 x 14 x 6 inches high. Made to order.
